 CRYOINVEST jsc is registrated by a resolution of firm section of City court of Sofia : firm case № 16721/02.07.1993. CRYOINVEST jsc is Bulgarian – Russian joint-stock company in which the controlling interest is own by the Bulgarian side. One of the Russian shareholders is PHC CRYOGENMASH – a leading industrial and research company in the field of cryogenic technologies in Russia.

During its existence CRYOINVEST jsc have succeeded to legitimate itself in the environments of the market and have also succeeded to manifest its individuality, defined by its issues and goals from the beginning : the best ones in applying modern cryogenic technologies in Bulgaria. CRYOINVEST jsc has completed the whole engineering activity : consultant services, delivery of cryogenic equipment, project, technological installation and bring into exploitation of many targets in hospitals and industrial sites in the country.

CRYOINVEST jsc has at its disposal the necessary material and technical equipment for completing the service, repair and support of cryogenic and non-cryogenic installation for technical and medical gases. It has also the experience in the whole set up of plants for medical gases.

CRYOINVEST has a work license by State Agency of Standardisation and Metrology /SASM/.

CRYOINVEST jsc is entitled by SASM to conduct technical control over plants with increased danger – technical and medical gases in bottles according to the Order of terms and conditions of entitling persons for conducting technical control over units with increased danger and terms of keeping a register of installations, accepted by Government decree № 187/21.09.2000.

CRYOINVEST jsc owns filling stations for gaseous medical oxygen and other medical gases in bottles. The plants have work license from the Regional Inspectorate of State and Technical Surveillance. The staff of the filling stations is highly qualified and after different examinations is entitled to fulfil its work : filling of technical and medical gases in bottles.

The leading technical staff of CRYOINVEST jsc are engineers and have long – termed experience in working with cryogenic equipment for medical and technical gases in gaseous and liquid state. They are certified by Order № 28 “Structure and safety exploitation of units, working under pressure”.

CRYOINVEST jsc guarantees to its customers fulfilment of contractual duties and good partnership. This is proved by winning different competitions by the Law of public orders and delivery of medical gases in some of the biggest hospital centers in the country.
